Upper Moreland
Assault … Jonvie Cosby, 21, of the 500 block of Dresher Road in Horsham, was charged with simple assault and harassment Oct. 24 at 3:09 p.m. after she punched a waitress at the Brick House Tavern, 2402 Easton Road, police said, adding that bruising and swelling was seen on the left side of the victim’s face. The assault was documented on video surveillance, police added.
Assault … Gary Schoch, 29, of the 600 block of Sampson Avenue in Willow Grove, was charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief Oct. 26 at 12:53 p.m. after he was involved in a domestic dispute in the unit block of York Road, police said.
According to the victim, Schoch forced his way in to her apartment, pushed her down and hit her in the head with a litter box, police said, adding that when she got up she punched him in the mouth. He was picking up some personal items but was told that before returning he would have to contact the courts, police said.
Burglary … Juseppe’s Pizza, 1918 County Line Road, was entered Oct. 24 at 11:25 p.m., police said, adding that a window was broken and the cash register was found in the back of the restaurant, a couple hundred dollars was missing.
A witness who was standing outside of Calloway’s at the time told officers that he heard glass break and saw a man in a black hooded sweatshirt walking out of the restaurant with the cash register, police said.
Burglary … Tires Plus, 622 Davisville Road, was entered between Oct. 24 and 26, police said, adding that a small safe containing $369 in cash, 120 state emission stickers and 150 to 200 state inspection stickers, totaling $600, were missing.
A rear bay window was forced open and an office window was found broken, police added.
DUI … Joseph Croak, 26, of the 100 block of Ridge Avenue in Ambler, was stopped Oct. 17 at 3:54 a.m. after officers saw him speeding on Welsh Road, police said, adding that a preliminary breath test showed that his blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
DUI … Danielle Crompton, 24, of the 6400 block of North Park Avenue in Philadelphia, was stopped Oct. 18 at 3:34 a.m. after officers saw her hit a curb on Moreland Road, police said, adding that a preliminary breath test showed that her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
DUI … Kerri Lynn Czaja, 22, of the 900 block of Willow Street in Southampton, was stopped Oct. 24 at 2:02 a.m. after officers saw her cross the double yellow lines on Warminster Road, police said, adding that a preliminary breath test showed that her blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.
Public drunkenness … Daniel Schwalm, 43, of the unit block of Church Street, was cited for public drunkenness Oct. 27 at 5:15 p.m. following a domestic dispute, police said, adding that Schwalm had left the house and was found in War Memorial Park. A preliminary breath test showed that he had been drinking, police added.
Public drunkenness … John Percey, 48, of the unit block of York Road, was cited for public drunkenness Oct. 30 at 9:11 p.m. after causing a disturbance at United Storage, 72 York Road, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Colby Lincoln, 26, of the 3800 block of Blair Mill Road in Horsham; and Egoe Kaydak, 20, of the 10000 block of Lockart Road in Philadelphia, were cited for disorderly conduct Oct. 26 at 10:56 p.m. after police saw Kaydak make numerous traffic violations while driving on York Road, police said, adding that once the car was stopped officers saw cans of unopened beer on the floor.
Kaydak admitted that Lincoln had a small amount of marijuana on him and gave it to the officers, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Heather Cohen, 28, of the 1300 block of Lindbergh Avenue in Roslyn, was cited for disorderly conduct Oct. 31 at 1:29 a.m. she was taken into custody at Big Heads, 601 York Road, for a probation violation, police said, adding that officers also found that she was in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana and rolling papers.
Possession … Marcus Malloy, 31, of the 8100 block of Fairview Road in Elkins Park, was charged with simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Nov. 2 at 12:29 a.m. after being involved in an altercation in the Brick House Tavern, 2402 Easton Road, parking lot, police said.
Also, Jason Moore, 31, of no fixed address, told officers that he had been punched because he was a Yankee’s fan at the Brick House Tavern Nov. 2, police said, adding that it was discovered that he owed more than $1,000 in constable warrants. He was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, police added.
Malloy was searched and a small amount of suspected marijuana and prescription pills were found on him, police said.
Upper Southampton
DUI … David Shaw Jr., 20, of Warminster, was charged with DUI Oct. 31 at 2:56 a.m. after he was stopped for driving with faulty brake lights in the 700 block of Street Road, police said, adding that he showed signs of intoxication and admitted to being under the influence.
Brandon Moody, 22, of Warminster, who was a passenger in the car was also taken into custody after officers discovered that he was wanted out of Philadelphia for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, police added.
Criminal mischief … A patio block was taken from the front yard of a home in the unit block of Stahl Road overnight between Oct. 30 and 31, police said, adding that it was thrown through the rear hatch window of the homeowner’s car.
Criminal mischief … Between 5 p.m. Oct. 30 and 8 a.m. Oct. 31, someone used pallets stored behind Klinger Middle School to make a ladder to get on to the school’s roof where they painted symbols on the roof, police said.
False reports to law enforcement … Mantas Morkunas, 27, of Philadelphia and Southampton, reported his vehicle stolen Oct. 24, but investigation showed he had been in a one-vehicle accident on County Line Road in Lower Moreland Township where he abandoned the vehicle, police said.
